All prices are in EUR. No checks are accepted. We only accept Paypal. You can use the Paypal system without having a Paypal account, just a valid credit or debit card.

Please also be aware that you can only complete a limited number of payments via Paypal without registering an account with them.

Payment for all items is expected upon ordering. If you need a few more days, just let me know when you plan on paying, and the item will be reserved for you.

If there is no message and no payment, the sale will be canceled after 5 days of the purchase.

All items will be shipped from Vilnius, Lithuania (the European Union).

All the items listed, if not specifically marked otherwise, are ready for shipment, and will be shipped within three working days when the payment is cleared. For made to order items the shipment time will be as agreed with the buyer.

IMPORTANT: The items will be shipped to the address listed on Etsy, so if you want them to be sent to the different address, please leave the message at the checkout or send a convo!

We offer shipping to everywhere by registered priority mail, and ship during business days. Domestic mail averages 3 days, international mail varies depending on the destination, usually two weeks except for the Holiday season. Thanks for understanding and if you have any questions, do not hesitate to send a convo! Tracking number will be provided upon request.

The proof of postage on all shipped items is retained. For extra peace of mind, we can arrange insured postage between us, at an extra cost.

LOST and MISSING ORDERS
Unfortunately things can go missing in the post... I use registered mail to obstruct the mail problems, for any loss please convo us. We will do everything possible to make sure you receive your order but if your order does not arrive the missing items will be replaced and re-send to you.

INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS FROM THE COUNTRIES OTHER THAN THE EU please take note.....
Many countries apply import taxes and customs fees on all packages over a certain value entering the country. Be aware that these customs and duties fees are not included in either the purchase and/or shipping costs and are the sole responsibility of you, the purchaser.

DOWNLOADABLE IMAGES will be sent to your email address with an JPG attachment or direct link within 24 hours of receipt of cleared payment. We will mark the order as "shipped" after it is sent to you. If you do not receive the download in a timely manner, please check your spam folder since some email providers place these messages in the spam/junk mail. PLEASE let me know if you haven't received your purchase, since this might be a problem with your spam filter. If you have email problems I will upload your purchase and send you a download link.
